NDIS Process

Regardless of the funding management type, Connect Mobility is dedicated to assisting you through every step of the process. Our knowledgeable team is available to answer questions, provide product recommendations, and ensure a seamless experience. We also offer guidance on NDIS procedures to help you navigate their plans effectively.

Plan Managed Participants

Order Placement: You can browse our extensive range of mobility aids and place orders directly through our website. Simply add your selected items to the cart and click the "Request for Quote" button. At any time during your shopping, you can track your quote by clicking the "View Quote" tab in the top right corner of the screen.

Invoicing: Upon order confirmation, we will issue an invoice/quote and forward it to your Plan Manager for payment processing. You will also be supplied a copy of this invoice.

Payment Processing: We coordinate closely with your Plan Manager to ensure prompt payment, adhering to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Delivery: Once payment is received, we arrange for the swift delivery of the purchased items to your specified address.

Self Managed Participants

Order Placement and Payment: You can select desired products and complete the purchase through our website or via our customer service. Payment is made upfront using your preferred method.

Documentation: We provide a detailed invoice and receipt upon payment, which you can use to claim reimbursement from the NDIS.

Delivery: Following payment confirmation, we promptly deliver the products to your nominated address.

Is the end user a PACE or PRODA participant?

PACE - Please ensure that Connect Mobility is designated as a Provider before continuing.

PRODA - A service booking is required

Order Placement: Explore our products and add them to your cart. Then press the View Cart button on the top right corner of the screen. Fill in the form and press.

Send written confirmation to info@connectmobility.com.au once payment has been approved.

Service Booking: We create a service booking through the NDIS portal, aligning with your approved plan and support categories.

Delivery: After successful claim processing, we arrange for the timely delivery of the items to your address.
