Tilts up to 35° for postural variation and pressure redistribution throughout the day. Removable rear wheels and height-adjustable castors simplify storage and vehicle loading. Crash-tested to AS/NZS 3691.19 for vehicle transport with appropriate restraint systems.

Can I trial one at your showroom before buying?
Yes — we offer in-person trials at our Picton showroom. For NDIS purchases, your OT may also need to conduct an assessment before prescribing. Contact our team and we'll coordinate everything, including referrals to allied health professionals in your area.
How is a power chair delivered?
Power chairs are delivered via specialist freight. After your order, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window. If you have specific access requirements — narrow doorways, stairs, or rural delivery — let us know before ordering and we'll make sure it goes smoothly.
Can I take it on a plane?
Many of our folding power chairs feature IATA-approved lithium-ion batteries suitable for air travel. Check the product specifications for your chosen chair — battery watt-hour limits apply and individual airline policies vary. Our team can assist with compliance documentation and airline letters.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for products that are brand new and unused in their original packaging. We're unable to accept returns for change of mind on used items. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we'll resolve it promptly. For NDIS-funded purchases, please contact your plan manager before initiating a return.
