Finally, a Mobility Provider
That Actually Gets It
No hold music. No chasing invoices. No explaining yourself twice. Just real pharmacists who understand your situation — and products that actually arrive.
Everything the Other Providers
Should Have Been Doing
When you call, a registered pharmacist answers. Someone who understands your clinical situation, your funding category, and can actually give you advice — not just take a message.
We treat your plan as real money that should work hard for you — not a budget to maximise for our benefit. We'll tell you if something isn't worth it, and help you find a better option.
We hold Australian stock. No 6–10 week "we can order it" delays. Most in-stock orders dispatch next business day, delivered within 2–5 business days Australia-wide.
If a product isn't right for your situation, we'll say so. If we don't carry what you need, we'll help you find it elsewhere. Your outcome matters more than our sale.
Everything You Need, Under One Roof
We Make Your Job Easier
We work with dozens of support coordinators across NSW. We know your time is tight, your clients have complex needs, and your reputation depends on suppliers who actually deliver.
"Working with Connect Mobility is a breath of fresh air. They're fast, friendly, and always know how to help."
We issue NDIS-compliant invoices directly to plan managers, so you and your clients don't have to chase paperwork. We also assist with OT liaison and service agreements.
We're not a faceless online warehouse or an overseas drop-shipper. We're a locally owned Australian business based in Picton, NSW — run by the same pharmacists you speak to on the phone, who live and work in the same communities as our customers.
"We didn't start this business to be a supplier. We started it to be the people we needed — and couldn't find."
We've Been On
Your Side of the System
Connect Mobility wasn't born in a boardroom. It started at a kitchen table — late at night, with empty packaging everywhere, half-filled NDIS forms, and three browser tabs open trying to find the right equipment for our seven-year-old son so he could simply join his friends at school.
He has weekly physio and occupational therapy. He's determined and full of spirit — but getting him the support he needed through the NDIS system was one of the hardest things we've ever done. And we're pharmacists. We know clinical systems. We know funding categories. We know how to read documentation that makes most people's eyes glaze over.
And it still nearly broke us.
At the same time, one of our grandmothers — a fierce, independent woman, mother of twelve — had a serious accident. She came home from hospital a different person. Afraid to walk through her own house. Afraid of the bath. We tried to get her the equipment she needed to feel safe in her own home again. Twelve suppliers later, with contradictory stock information, three-week "express" delays, and products clearly designed for someone twice her size, we gave up on the system and figured it out ourselves.
That's when we decided: if no one else is going to do this properly, we will. Connect Mobility exists because we couldn't find the business we needed — so we became it.
Over 95% of Australian suppliers don't carry children's sizes. Every "we can order it" meant 6–10 weeks — while our son went without the support he needed. We had to manage four separate vendors, explain our situation from scratch every single call, chase invoices, and coordinate deliveries. It became a second full-time job on top of everything else.
After her accident, our grandmother was afraid to move through her own home. She needed a shower chair that fit her actual shower. A walker proportioned for her frame. Bed rails that could be properly installed. What she got was a runaround — and products designed for someone twice her size. She was a strong, proud woman. She deserved to feel safe and dignified in her own home. We make sure our customers do.
Pharmacists. Not Sales Reps.
Every person at Connect Mobility is a registered pharmacist. That means when you call, you're speaking to a clinician who genuinely understands your situation — not someone reading from a product catalogue.
With over a decade in clinical pharmacy, Nadim brings deep expertise in NDIS funding, assistive technology, and complex client needs. He built Connect Mobility after navigating the NDIS system firsthand as a parent — and vowed to make it easier for everyone else.
Alia leads our product selection process with the same rigour she applied in clinical pharmacy. If a product doesn't meet pharmaceutical dispensing standards, it doesn't make the shelf — full stop. Manufacturers frequently fail her assessment process.
