Our pharmacist reviews the participant’s medication list alongside your functional assessment. Corticosteroids, anticoagulants, opioids — all affect equipment choice and skin integrity risk. We flag anything that changes the clinical recommendation before you finalise your report.
Free in-home trials across NSW — we attend with you
We bring the equipment to the participant’s home and conduct the environment assessment alongside your visit where possible. We test doorway clearances, kerb heights, car boot access, and turning radius — and provide a written trial summary for your AT report.

Email info@connectmobility.com.au or call 1300 216 888 with the participant’s details and your AT recommendation. Include your draft report if available — we align our quote language to it exactly.
Our pharmacist reviews the clinical picture
We check the participant’s condition, functional needs, and medication list. If a free in-home trial would strengthen your AT report — we schedule it, attend, and provide written documentation of what was tested and the outcome.
NDIS-compliant quote returned within 2 hours
Quote includes: exact product name and model, NDIS support item reference number, unit price within the Price Guide, clinical justification aligned to your AT report language, and 90-day validity. Ready for plan manager submission.
We handle delivery, invoicing, and follow-up
Once the NDIA approves, we deliver directly to the participant and invoice the plan manager. You stay in the loop on delivery but don’t have to manage the transaction. If anything changes at the participant’s end, we call you first.
