NDIS continence supplies, delivered monthly. Automatically.
Running out is not an inconvenience. It is a 9pm drive to a chemist that does not stock your size, on a night you had nothing left to give. Tell us what you use once. It arrives on the same day every month, anywhere in Australia.
How it works
- Tell us what you use and how often
- A pharmacist checks the sizing and the funding
- It arrives on the same day every month
- We invoice you, or your plan manager directly
Three fields to start. A pharmacist reviews every setup before anything is packed.
Six things that stop the chasing.
Auto-delivery is not a discount scheme. It is an operating promise, and these are the parts of it that matter.
A delivery day that does not move
Agreed with you once, then kept. Orders close on the 25th and dispatch runs from the 1st to the 5th. You can set your calendar by it.
A plan check before every dispatch
We confirm your plan dates and funding before anything is packed. That is how invoices stop bouncing back at you.
One invoice, coded correctly
Correct NDIS support item codes, GST itemised, participant details matched. Sent to you or straight to your plan manager.
How we bill plan managers →The same person every month
A pharmacist who knows your account and answers the phone. No call centre, no ticket number, no starting the story again.
Sizing sorted before you commit
We would rather send you a few sizes to try than sell you a carton of the wrong thing. Sizing is the most common reason a product comes back.
How trials work →💊A pharmacist on the line
Skin integrity, absorbency, overnight leaking. Clinician to clinician if you are one, plain English if you are not.
See the continence range →Continence products are consumables, which the NDIS treats as low cost assistive technology. That means no quote, no OT report and no NDIA approval. It comes straight out of your core budget. The detail is in our NDIS funding guide.
Not sure what goes on the list? Ask the pharmacist.
Nine questions about leaking, skin and overnight use. It ends with the products we would hand you across the counter.
Not sure on size? We can post you a few different sizes to try before you commit to a full carton. Most people get it right first go once they have felt the difference between a pull-up and a slip, and between a night product and a day one.
Sizing is the single most common reason a continence product gets returned. It is also the easiest thing to fix before you order. Mention it on the form below, or say so when we call.
The people who could refer anywhere refer here.
Coordinators, plan managers and allied health first. They are the ones who feel the admin.
"As a support coordinator, my team and I deal regularly with Connect Mobility. They are easy to deal with, quick to respond, reliable, professional and most importantly know how to work with OTs and plan managers."
"I've been a physio for a decade now. Orders and trials have been seamless and quick, and larger companies seem like slow motion now."

Tell us what you use. We take it from there.
Three things are required: your name, a phone number, and how it gets paid for. Leave the rest blank if you want. We will fill it in with you on the phone.
Setting this up for a caseload? One day. One invoice.
The same programme, run at scale. We take the ordering, sizing, plan checks and billing off your desk, for one participant or for thirty.
Start with one question: how many people on your caseload are on continence supports right now? Tell us that, and we will take it from there.
The questions people actually ask.
Does auto-delivery cost extra?
No. You pay for the products and nothing else. There is no membership, no subscription fee and no minimum term.
Delivery is free on orders over $500. If your monthly order sits under that, we will tell you what the freight is before you commit to anything.
Can I change it or stop it?
Any time, with one phone call or one reply to an email. Nothing is locked in and there is no cancellation fee.
Going into hospital or respite? Ring us and we will pause it rather than cancel it, so you do not have to set it all up again.
Does the NDIS pay for continence products?
For most participants, yes. Continence consumables sit under low cost assistive technology, which means no quote, no OT report and no NDIA approval is needed. It comes out of your core budget.
The full detail, including what to do if you are not sure what is in your plan, is in our NDIS funding guide.
I am plan managed. How does the invoicing work?
We invoice your plan manager directly, with the correct NDIS support item codes and your participant details on it. You never see a bill.
We check your plan dates and remaining funding before every dispatch, which is why our invoices do not come back rejected. More on that on our plan manager page.
What if I do not know what I currently use?
Very common, and not a problem. Tick the box on the form and a pharmacist will call you. A photo of the packet is usually all it takes.
If you are starting from scratch, the recommender above will get you close before you even speak to us.
Can I try a few sizes before I commit?
Yes. Say so on the form or when we call and we will post you a few sizes to try first.
Sizing is the most common reason a continence product gets returned. It costs us far less to send you three samples than to send you the wrong carton.
Do you deliver outside Sydney?
Yes. Continence consumables post Australia-wide, so where you live does not limit what we can do for you.
Free local delivery applies around Picton, Wollondilly and the Macarthur region. Everywhere else goes by post.
Who actually answers the phone?
A pharmacist. Every person at Connect Mobility holds a pharmacy qualification, and that is the hiring policy, not a marketing line.
Not a call centre. Not a voicemail. Us.
Still deciding? Call 1300 216 888 and ask us anything. No script and no pressure.
Bring the list. Bring the packet. Bring the questions you've been afraid to ask. Bring everything.
Set up your monthly delivery, ask a pharmacist a question, or come sit down with us in Picton.
