Delivery Options

Connect Mobility offers several delivery options depending on what you order and where you live. Your available options are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. If you're ever unsure which applies to you, call us on 1300 216 888 and we'll walk you through it.

Click & Collect - Free

Order online and collect from our Picton store at no charge. Please wait for your confirmation email before coming in - we'll contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Photo ID is required upon collection.

Free Local Delivery

We deliver free of charge to customers within approximately 15 minutes of our store, including the following suburbs:

Picton & surrounds: Picton, Thirlmere, Tahmoor, Bargo, Buxton, Maldon, Couridjah, Wilton, Razorback, Menangle, Douglas Park, Appin

Camden & Campbelltown region: Camden, Narellan, Smeaton Grange, Oran Park, Gregory Hills, Catherine Field, Campbelltown, Leppington, Prestons

Near Prestons: Casula, Carnes Hill, Horningsea Park, Warwick Farm

Extended Personal Delivery - $50

Our own team also delivers personally to a wider area within roughly an hour of Picton, for a flat fee of $50. After you place your order we'll phone you to arrange a delivery day and time that suits you. This area includes:

  • South West Sydney: Glenfield, Macquarie Fields, Ingleburn, Minto, Eagle Vale, Edmondson Park, Green Valley, Bonnyrigg, Kemps Creek, Bossley Park, Wetherill Park, Fairfield, Cabramatta, Villawood, Bass Hill, Georges Hall and Yagoona
  • Bankstown to East Hills: Bankstown, Padstow, Revesby, Panania, East Hills, Milperra, Holsworthy and Wattle Grove

Pride Mobility Products - Personal Delivery Only

Pride mobility scooters, power chairs and lift recliners are delivered exclusively by our own team. We set your new equipment up, make sure it's working properly, and show you how to use it before we leave. Because of this, these products are only available for delivery within our free local and extended personal delivery areas above.

If you live outside these areas and are interested in a Pride product, please call us on 1300 216 888 - in some cases we can make special arrangements.

Courier Delivery - Australia-Wide

Everything else in our range ships Australia-wide through our courier network. Delivery is calculated live at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address, so you always see the real cost before you pay.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability
  • A tracking number is provided once your parcel is on its way
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes

$25 Delivery Credit on Orders Over $500

Orders over $500 receive a $25 delivery credit, applied automatically at checkout. There's no code to enter and nothing to claim - it simply comes off your total.

Large & Freight Items - Quoted After Checkout

Some large items, such as adjustable beds, bariatric equipment and other bulky products, need specialist freight. These items show a $0 delivery line at checkout marked "Delivery quoted after checkout". Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm the freight cost and arrange delivery before anything is charged or dispatched. These items are currently available for delivery across NSW, VIC and QLD.

TheraMed Products

TheraMed orders under $400 ship for a flat $25 anywhere in Australia. TheraMed orders of $400 or more ship free, Australia-wide.

Stock & Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock or there is a delay from the manufacturer, we will contact you promptly with an updated timeframe.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. For courier deliveries, a tracking number will be sent once your parcel is dispatched. For local and personal deliveries, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery window.
