How does the inflatable hair washing tray work?
The hair washing tray inflates to form a basin that cradles the head of a person lying in bed. The carer positions the tray under the person's head, pours water to wet the hair, applies shampoo, lathers, and rinses — with water draining through the hose into a bucket below. No transfer to the bathroom is required. The tray deflates flat for storage when not in use.
How does the suction nail and denture brush work?
The Nail/Denture Brush attaches to any smooth flat surface (sink surround, tiled wall, countertop) via suction cups. The user presses their fingernails or dentures against the bristles and moves them back and forth — no grip or second hand required. The suction base remains fixed during use and is easily removed by pressing the release tab.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for products in original, unused condition. For hygiene reasons, bathing aids that have been used cannot be returned. If a product arrives faulty or incorrect, we will resolve it promptly.
