How is a power chair delivered?
Power chairs are delivered via specialist freight. After your order, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window. If you have specific access requirements — narrow doorways, stairs, or rural delivery — let us know before ordering and we'll make sure it goes smoothly.
Can I take it on a plane?

What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for products that are brand new and unused in their original packaging. We're unable to accept returns for change of mind on used items.
