Can I return a TheraMed product if it's not right for me?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for products that are brand new and unused in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, pillows and cushions that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we'll resolve it promptly.
