How do I choose the right absorbency level?
Absorbency levels are usually rated by drops (e.g. 5 drops, 9 drops) or by name (Light, Regular, Extra, Super, Maxi Night). Start with a level that matches the volume you typically leak: a few drops = Light/Regular; moderate leakage = Extra/Super; heavier leakage or overnight = Super/Maxi/High-drop rated products. If you're unsure, contact our pharmacist team — we're happy to advise.
What's the difference between a pad, liner, pant, and slip?
A liner or light pad is worn inside regular underwear and suits very light leakage. A heavier pad (Extra/Super/Overnight) is also worn inside underwear and handles moderate to heavy leakage. A pull-up pant replaces underwear entirely and suits those who want discretion and ease of use. A slip (or brief) has tab fasteners and is used for heavier incontinence or where assistance with changing is needed.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most metro areas. Express options are available at checkout. Rural and remote deliveries may take slightly longer.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit?
