Questions people ask before starting.

What does it cost to join, and what do the products cost?
Joining costs $0 and there are no admin fees — ever. Products are charged at our standard prices, funded under your NDIS Core — Consumables budget for eligible participants, or payable privately. You’ll see an itemised, NDIS-compliant quote before anything is ordered.
What happens if I stop before the 3 months?
We’ll be upfront: the free delivery offer is for customers who stay in the monthly program for 3 deliveries. If you cancel earlier, the standard delivery fee for each delivery you’ve already received is charged back. You can still pause, adjust quantities or change products at any time without affecting the offer — it only applies to full cancellation.
Is this covered by the NDIS or aged care?
For most NDIS participants, yes — continence products and daily consumables sit under Core — Consumables, separate from your AT budget, and items under $1,500 don’t need a quote. We’re a registered provider (#4050144759) and can supply plan-managed, self-managed and agency-managed participants. Receiving aged-care support instead? Home Care Package clients are welcome too — ask us how it works with your package. Not funded at all? You can still join and pay privately.
What if the products need to change?
One call. Our pharmacists adjust sizes, absorbency or brands whenever needs change — and where a continence assessment is in place, we match products to it and can flag when a reassessment is due.
Which areas do you deliver to?
The free-delivery offer covers Sydney metro and anywhere within a 15-minute drive of our Picton showroom (Shop 25/9 Margaret St, Picton). Outside those areas we can still supply you monthly — ask us for a delivery quote for your suburb.
