How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most metro areas. Express options are available at checkout. Rural and remote deliveries may take slightly longer.
Will it fit in my car boot when folded?
Most of our walkers fold compactly and fit in the boot of a standard car. Check the folded dimensions in the specifications table above for exact measurements.
Can I return it if it's not right?
Returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the product is brand new and unused in its original packaging. We're unable to accept returns for change of mind on used items. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we'll resolve it promptly — just get in touch and we'll take care of you.
