About This Product

A cane at the wrong height does more harm than good. It throws your shoulder out and gives you less support, not more. This one adjusts across the full range from 740 to 970mm, so you can set it properly once and leave it there. The handle is soft touch and double injection moulded, which keeps it comfortable on a longer walk. To get the height right, stand with your arm hanging comfortably at your side. The top of the handle should sit level with the crease of your wrist. The cane weighs around 355 grams, so it is easy to carry when you are not leaning on it, and the 19mm rubber tip grips the footpath. Maximum user weight is 120kg. Key features: - Height adjusts from 740 to 970mm - Soft touch double injection moulded handle - Weighs around 355 grams - 19mm durable rubber tip - Maximum user weight 120kg - Choice of black, brown, red, grey, green or blue

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a walking stick be funded through NDIS or Aged Care?
Yes, in many cases. Walking sticks can be funded under NDIS Low Cost Assistive Technology without needing a full AT assessment. They may also be covered under an Aged Care Home Care Package. Our team can assist with quotes and invoicing for plan managers and support coordinators — just get in touch.
How do I choose the right height?
A correctly fitted walking stick should allow your elbow to bend at a comfortable angle (approximately 15–20 degrees) when you hold the grip with the tip on the ground beside your foot. As a rough guide, stand straight in your normal footwear and measure from the floor to your wrist crease — that's your stick height. If you're between sizes, contact our team and we'll help you get the right fit.
When should I replace the rubber tip?
Replace the rubber tip as soon as you notice significant wear or cracking — a worn tip dramatically reduces grip on smooth floors and increases fall risk. Replacement tips for most models are available separately. Contact our team if you're unsure which tip size fits your stick.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most metro areas. Express options are available at checkout. Rural and remote deliveries may take slightly longer.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for products that are brand new and unused in their original packaging. We recommend confirming the correct size with our team before purchasing. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we'll resolve it promptly.
