About This Product

A wet bath or shower base is one of the easiest places in the house to lose your footing. This mat sits flat on the floor and holds itself down with suction cups underneath. The top surface is slip resistant, so your feet have something to grip. It is made from natural rubber, measures 700mm x 400mm and comes in cream. If your shower base is smaller or an odd shape, the mat can be cut to size. Press it down onto a clean surface so the suction cups seal properly, and check the edges sit flat against the floor so nobody catches a toe. Lift the mat and clean underneath it regularly, because residue builds up and weakens the suction over time. Do not clean it with bleach or harsh chemicals. Key features: - Made from natural rubber - Slip resistant top surface - Suction grip underneath holds it to the floor - Can be cut to size for smaller or odd shaped bases - 700mm x 400mm, cream - Suits most bathrooms, in the bath or the shower

Frequently Asked Questions

What bathroom accessories do you recommend for fall prevention?
The bathroom is the most common location for falls at home. Non-slip bath and shower mats with suction cup undersides are the first step. Long-handled sponges and toe washers reduce the need to bend. Hand showers can be fitted to existing taps without permanent modification. A portable bidet reduces the need to reach. For more comprehensive solutions, our bathroom rail range provides fixed grab support.
Can bathroom accessories be funded through NDIS or Aged Care?
Yes. Many bathroom accessories are fundable under NDIS Assistive Technology (Low Cost) or Aged Care Home Care Packages when recommended by an occupational therapist as part of a home safety assessment. Our team can provide NDIS-compliant invoices and assist with the funding process.
Can I fit a hand shower without a plumber?
Yes. Our clamp-on hand showers (single tap or dual tap models) clip onto existing tap spouts without any permanent modification or tools. They are supplied with rubber reducing collars to fit most standard tap spouts and include a 2m hose. They are easily removed for cleaning or when no longer needed.
Can an OT recommend the right products for my bathroom?
Yes — an occupational therapist can conduct a home safety assessment to identify the specific risks in your bathroom and recommend the right combination of products. We work with OTs across Australia and can help connect you with one in your area. Contact our team on 1300 216 888.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for products in original, unused condition. For hygiene reasons, mats, sponges, and personal care items cannot be returned once used. If a product arrives faulty or incorrect, we will resolve it promptly.
