About This Product

The Delta RM2 is a square rubber mat for the floor of a bath or shower. It measures 530mm by 530mm, which covers the spot where most people stand to wash. The top is textured, so your feet have something to hold onto once soap and water are running. Suction cups underneath hold it to the floor. Press the mat down onto a clean, smooth floor so every suction cup makes contact. Check the edges are sitting flat, because a lifted edge is a trip hazard. Lift the mat and wash underneath it regularly, otherwise residue builds up and the suction weakens. Do not clean it with bleach or harsh chemicals. Key features: - Natural flexible rubber, so it moulds to the floor - Textured non slip surface pattern underfoot - Suction grip underside for easy adhesion - 530mm x 530mm square, in cream - May help to reduce slips and falls - Works in most bathrooms, bath or shower base

Frequently Asked Questions

What bathroom accessories do you recommend for fall prevention?
The bathroom is the most common location for falls at home. Non-slip bath and shower mats with suction cup undersides are the first step. Long-handled sponges and toe washers reduce the need to bend. Hand showers can be fitted to existing taps without permanent modification. A portable bidet reduces the need to reach. For more comprehensive solutions, our bathroom rail range provides fixed grab support.
Can bathroom accessories be funded through NDIS or Aged Care?
Yes. Many bathroom accessories are fundable under NDIS Assistive Technology (Low Cost) or Aged Care Home Care Packages when recommended by an occupational therapist as part of a home safety assessment. Our team can provide NDIS-compliant invoices and assist with the funding process.
Can I fit a hand shower without a plumber?
Yes. Our clamp-on hand showers (single tap or dual tap models) clip onto existing tap spouts without any permanent modification or tools. They are supplied with rubber reducing collars to fit most standard tap spouts and include a 2m hose. They are easily removed for cleaning or when no longer needed.
Can an OT recommend the right products for my bathroom?
Yes — an occupational therapist can conduct a home safety assessment to identify the specific risks in your bathroom and recommend the right combination of products. We work with OTs across Australia and can help connect you with one in your area. Contact our team on 1300 216 888.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for products in original, unused condition. For hygiene reasons, mats, sponges, and personal care items cannot be returned once used. If a product arrives faulty or incorrect, we will resolve it promptly.
