About This Product
The Omega SP1 is a self propelling chair, so you drive it yourself on the rear wheels instead of waiting for somebody to push. The frame is aluminium, which keeps the weight down when it has to come in and out of a boot several times a day.
The armrests are full length and swing away, and the leg rests swing away and come off completely. That clears the side of the chair for transfers onto a bed, a toilet or a car seat. The 24 inch rear wheels are quick release, so the chair packs down smaller for travel. It folds for storage and takes users up to 125kg.

Yes. Manual wheelchairs can be funded under NDIS Assistive Technology — either Low Cost or Higher Cost depending on the chair and your support needs. How do I choose the right seat width?
Measure the widest point of your hips and thighs when seated, then add approximately 25–50mm for comfort. If you're between sizes, our team can help — contact us before ordering and we'll make sure you get the right fit. For complex needs, an OT assessment is recommended.
Can I trial one at your showroom?
Yes — we offer in-person trials at our Picton showroom. For NDIS-funded purchases, your occupational therapist may also need to assess and prescribe before purchase. Contact our team and we'll coordinate everything, including referrals to local allied health professionals if needed.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most metro areas. For larger or bariatric wheelchairs, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window. Rural and remote deliveries may take slightly longer.
