About This Product

A tilt top table on castors that rolls to wherever the person is sitting or lying. The height adjusts from 70cm to 117cm and the top angles, so you can lay it flat for a meal and tilt it up for a book or a tablet. It works over a bed or over an armchair. The top is PVC coated, so spills wipe off, and a slightly raised edge helps stop a cup sliding away when the top is tilted. The surface is 60cm wide and 40cm deep, and it runs on 50mm castors, two of which lock. Base clearance under the frame and wheels is 8cm, so measure the gap under your bed or chair before you order. It assembles with no tools and weighs about 8kg. Key features: - Height adjusts from 70cm to 117cm - Tilt top for reading, flat for meals - Table surface 60cm wide and 40cm deep - PVC coated top with a slightly raised edge - 50mm castors, two of them lockable - Assembles with no tools

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between an overbed and an overchair table?
An overbed table is designed with a C-shaped or U-shaped base that slides under a bed, positioning the tabletop over the user for eating, writing, or using a device while lying or sitting up in bed. An overchair table wraps around the front of a chair, sitting on the floor on both sides. Both are height-adjustable and mobile.
Can an overbed table be funded through NDIS or Aged Care?
Yes. Overbed and overchair tables are commonly funded under NDIS Assistive Technology (Low Cost) or Aged Care Home Care Packages when recommended as part of a home assessment. Our team can provide NDIS-compliant quotes and assist with the documentation.
Is the table stable enough for eating and daily use?
All models in our range are fitted with locking castors to prevent unintended movement during use. Overbed tables have a wide base with a low centre of gravity, and most feature a raised lip around the tabletop to help prevent items from sliding off. They are not load-bearing support surfaces — do not use them as an aid to standing.
How do I adjust the height?
Most models use either a spring-loaded or gas-assisted mechanism for fast, one-handed height adjustment. The Aspire range uses a locking knob for additional security once the height is set. Specific height ranges vary by model — check the specifications above for the product you are considering.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for products in original, unused condition. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange replacement or repair promptly. Contact our team before purchase if you are unsure which table suits your bed or chair setup.
