It sits in the ROHO DRY FLOATATION range used across Australian hospitals, aged care and community seating, and it is built for wheelchair users at high risk of pressure injuries who also need help staying stable and centred in the chair. The contoured shape does the positioning. Cells of two heights, 60 mm and 100 mm, are arranged so the pelvis is guided back into the wheelchair and the body settles in the centre of the seat. A channel down the midline guides the femurs into alignment, which adds lateral stability through the thighs and gives the trunk a steadier base. The air does the skin protection. Interconnected cells let the body sink in and be fully supported, so weight spreads across the whole seat instead of loading the bony points where pressure injuries start. The shape of the cells promotes blood circulation to help prevent pressure injuries and support healing, and their flexibility reduces shear on fragile skin during transfers and repositioning. The ISOFLO Memory Control locks it all in. Press the green button and air flows freely around the cushion while you set the position. Press the red and the air locks into four separate quadrants, holding the pelvis and thighs where you put them without giving up pressure protection. It adjusts while the user stays seated, so fine-tuning takes seconds rather than a transfer. The rest is practical.
