About This Product

Standing up from a soft couch is hard when there is nothing beside you to push against. The Omni Tray sits at the side of your chair and gives you a fixed handle at the right height to press down on. The tray swings over your lap for a meal, a laptop or a crossword, then swings away when you are finished. The base adjusts in length from 65cm to 90cm to fit along the side of your couch or chair, and the tray sets between 61cm and 81cm high. The tray itself is bamboo, 20 inches by 15 inches, and holds up to 13.6kg. Super grip rubber pads under the base keep it steady and protect the floor from marks. It is low profile, so it reads as furniture rather than equipment. It comes with a 1 year warranty. Key features: - Couch side handle to push up from when standing - Oversized bamboo swivel tray swings out of the way when not needed - Base adjusts in length from 65cm to 90cm - Tray height sets from 61cm to 81cm - Super grip rubber pads for stability and floor protection - 1 year warranty

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between an overbed and an overchair table?
An overbed table is designed with a C-shaped or U-shaped base that slides under a bed, positioning the tabletop over the user for eating, writing, or using a device while lying or sitting up in bed. An overchair table wraps around the front of a chair, sitting on the floor on both sides. Both are height-adjustable and mobile.
Can an overbed table be funded through NDIS or Aged Care?
Yes. Overbed and overchair tables are commonly funded under NDIS Assistive Technology (Low Cost) or Aged Care Home Care Packages when recommended as part of a home assessment. Our team can provide NDIS-compliant quotes and assist with the documentation.
Is the table stable enough for eating and daily use?
All models in our range are fitted with locking castors to prevent unintended movement during use. Overbed tables have a wide base with a low centre of gravity, and most feature a raised lip around the tabletop to help prevent items from sliding off. They are not load-bearing support surfaces — do not use them as an aid to standing.
How do I adjust the height?
Most models use either a spring-loaded or gas-assisted mechanism for fast, one-handed height adjustment. The Aspire range uses a locking knob for additional security once the height is set. Specific height ranges vary by model — check the specifications above for the product you are considering.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for products in original, unused condition. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange replacement or repair promptly. Contact our team before purchase if you are unsure which table suits your bed or chair setup.
