Why we are writing this from Picton

Connect Mobility exists because of a Macarthur equipment story. We are a pharmacist family from this region. Equipment sits under assistive technology in your plan, in three tiers that decide how much paperwork stands between you and the item.

Under $1,500 (low cost): shower chairs, walkers, rails, commodes, continence products, most daily living aids. Funded from your core budget, no quotes, no approval dance. If you have the budget, you can order today and have it this week.

$1,500 to $15,000 (mid cost): most scooters, lift chairs, powered mattresses, quality wheelchairs. Needs written advice from an OT, physio or AT advisor. Not a saga, a letter.

Over $15,000 (high cost): complex powered wheelchairs and major items. Full assessor report plus quote, and genuine lead times.

What can actually happen locally

Trials at your house, not a Sydney showroom.
