How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most metro areas. Express options are available at checkout. Regional and rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Large items like mattresses may require a booked delivery window. Our team will be in touch to arrange. Orders over $500 get a $25 delivery credit, taken off automatically at checkout.
Is installation or setup included?
Most accessories are designed for straightforward self-installation with instructions provided. For more complex items such as alternating air systems or bed rails on clinical beds, our team can advise on setup. White-glove installation is available in some areas — contact us for details.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses and overlays cannot be returned once used or removed from packaging unless faulty. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will resolve it promptly.
