Does delivery include assembly and installation?
Most adjustable beds are delivered flat-packed and require assembly. Our team can arrange white-glove delivery with in-home assembly and setup for an additional fee. Contact us when ordering to confirm availability in your area. Standard delivery is next business day dispatch to metro areas, with 2–7 business days for regional and rural locations. Orders over $500 get a $25 delivery credit, taken off automatically at checkout.
What mattress should I use with an adjustable or profiling bed?
Most adjustable beds require a specific mattress that can flex with the profiling sections — a standard innerspring mattress will not work. We stock purpose-built foam, memory foam, and pocket spring mattresses designed to work with each bed. If you are purchasing a bed and mattress together, our team can confirm compatibility before you order.
What is the return and trial policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition. Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once used unless faulty. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange replacement or repair promptly. We recommend contacting our team before purchase if you have specific clinical requirements.
