Yes, in many cases. Wipes and disposable gloves used for personal care, incontinence management, or hygiene support may be funded under NDIS Consumables if they form part of a participant's daily support needs. Eligibility depends on your NDIS plan. Our team can assist with quotes and invoicing for plan managers and support coordinators.
Which wipes are right for personal care vs incontinence care?
For personal hygiene, baby wipes and skin care wipes (fragrance-free, with moisturiser) are gentle enough for daily face, hand, and body use. For incontinence care, incontinence-specific wipes and bath-in-bed cloths are designed for more thorough cleansing without skin irritation. Antibacterial wipes (e.g. Clinell) are for surface and equipment disinfection — not for skin use.
What's the difference between nitrile, vinyl, and latex gloves?
Nitrile gloves are latex-free, puncture-resistant, and suitable for personal care and clinical use — they're the most commonly recommended option. Vinyl gloves are latex-free and cost-effective, suitable for light personal care tasks. Latex gloves offer excellent sensitivity and durability but are not suitable for people with latex allergies. Powder-free options are preferred for personal care to reduce skin irritation.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most metro areas. Express options are available at checkout. Rural and remote deliveries may take slightly longer. Orders over $500 get a $25 delivery credit, taken off automatically at checkout.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that are brand new and unopened in their original packaging. We recommend testing a single pack before buying in bulk, especially for wipes with new formulas. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we'll resolve it promptly.
