Will it work with my existing bed?
Most positioning aids are designed to work with standard home beds. Rope ladder hoists require a solid bed frame to anchor to. Wedges and backrests sit on top of the mattress and are universally compatible. If you have a profiling or adjustable bed, check with our team to confirm compatibility.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most metro areas. Express options are available at checkout. Orders over $500 get a $25 delivery credit, taken off automatically at checkout.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will resolve it promptly. Foam wedges and positioning supports cannot be returned once used due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. You pay the return postage unless it arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item.
