How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2 to 5 business days to most metro areas, and rural and remote deliveries can take a little longer. Large or heavy items may go by specialist freight, and we'll contact you to confirm the cost before anything is charged. Orders over $500 get a $25 delivery credit, taken off automatically at checkout.
What is the return policy?
You can return it within 14 days of delivery if it's in as-new condition with its original packaging. You pay the return postage unless it arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item. Full details are in our returns policy.
