All products shown are held in Australian stock and dispatched next business day. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Express shipping is available at checkout. Orders over $500 get a $25 delivery credit, taken off automatically at checkout.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products in original, unopened condition. For hygiene reasons, opened or used incontinence products and bed protectors cannot be returned once the packaging has been broken. If a product arrives faulty or incorrect, we will resolve it promptly. Contact our team before purchase if you are unsure which product suits your needs.
