Tips to fall asleep and rest with a sleep apnoea pillow

The most important thing when using a CPAP pillow is the ability to keep the hose unblocked to sleep comfortably while keeping your airways open. To achieve this, position the larger side of the pillow all the way to the top of the bed, and position your chin at the edge of the pillow contour, allowing the mask and hose to fall naturally into the curvature of the pillow without putting pressure on your face.  Depending on your sleeping position, you will need to make small adjustments to keep the mask and hose free, allowing for continuous positive airway pressure when sleeping.
