Is this walker NDIS-fundable?
Yes. This walker is fundable under the NDIS Assistive Technology — Low Cost category. We provide NDIS invoices and can assist with quotes for your plan manager or support coordinator. Contact us and we'll handle the paperwork.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most metro areas. Express options are available at checkout. Rural and remote deliveries may take slightly longer. Orders over $500 get a $25 delivery credit, taken off automatically at checkout.
Will it fit in my car boot when folded?
Most of our walkers fold compactly and fit in the boot of a standard car. Check the folded dimensions in the specifications table above for exact measurements.
Can I return it if it's not right?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is brand new and unused in its original packaging. We're unable to accept returns for change of mind on used items. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we'll resolve it promptly. Just get in touch and we'll take care of you. You pay the return postage unless it arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item. Do you offer a trial before I buy?
Yes — we offer in-person trials at our Picton showroom, where you can try products before committing to a purchase. Can't make it to Picton? Contact our team and we'll do our best to find a solution that works for you, including referrals to local allied health professionals in your area.
