The Alpha 438s uses an aluminium x frame that folds sideways and stands up on its own once folded, so you are not holding it upright with one hand while you open the boot. It works indoors and outdoors, and it is easier to load than a traditional A frame design. Handle height adjusts to suit you, and the sling seat angle adjusts as well, so a rest stop is comfortable rather than something you tolerate. The 8 inch solid EVA wheels take footpath joins and rougher ground without ever needing air. Seat height is 21 inches and maximum user weight is 125kg. A nylon and mesh carry bag comes with it.
