They come in three sizes, Youth, Adult and Tall, so you can match the crutch to the person rather than the other way around.
Both sections adjust. The hand to floor section sets the handle height, and the palm grip to arm cuff section sets where the cuff sits on your forearm. Get both right and your wrist stays neutral. How do I choose the right size?
For elbow crutches, the handgrip should sit at wrist height when you stand with your arms relaxed at your side, and the cuff should sit about 25–50mm below your elbow. For underarm crutches, there should be a 2–3 finger gap between the padded top and your armpit to avoid nerve damage.
