How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched next business day. Standard delivery to metro areas takes 1–3 business days. Free delivery applies on orders over $500. For smaller items, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for products in original, unused condition. For hygiene reasons, used cups, mugs, or eating utensils cannot be returned. If a product arrives faulty or incorrect, we will resolve it promptly.
