They're made for urine, not periods. Poise says they're 5 times drier than leading period pads. The INSTA ABSORB zone draws wetness in quickly, so the surface feels dry.
Each pad is 240mm long and ultra thin, so it sits discreetly under normal clothes. Wings wrap around your underwear to keep the pad in place. Odour protection lasts up to 12 hours.
A regular pad suits light leaks. If leaks soak through it, step up to a heavier absorbency.

What's the difference between a pad, liner, pant, and slip?
A liner or light pad is worn inside regular underwear and suits very light leakage. A heavier pad (Extra/Super/Overnight) is also worn inside underwear and handles moderate to heavy leakage. A pull-up pant replaces underwear entirely and suits those who want discretion and ease of use. A slip (or brief) has tab fasteners and is used for heavier incontinence or where assistance with changing is needed.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most metro areas. Express options are available at checkout. Rural and remote deliveries may take slightly longer. Orders over $500 get a $25 delivery credit, taken off automatically at checkout.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that are brand new and unopened in their original packaging. We recommend trialling a single pack before buying in bulk.
